Certified Becoming You Coaches have completed the official Becoming You Labs training and certification, developed by Suzy Welch and the NYU Stern Initiative on Purpose & Flourishing. Trained in behavioral science, decision theory, and the Becoming You framework, they guide clients toward clarity around values, aptitudes, and economically viable opportunity.

Each coach is licensed to use Becoming You assessments and tools and has demonstrated mastery through rigorous training, applied practice, and faculty evaluation—offering structured, evidence-based guidance for lasting alignment and fulfillment.
